Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the admission enquiry form collects, why, and how it is handled. It is a plain-English draft for a demonstration website.

This is a demonstration policy and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. It does not certify legal compliance. Replace every highlighted placeholder with the real operator details before using this policy for a live institute.

Who we are

This website is operated by [Legal name of the institute or operator], which trades as Aarohan Academy. Our registered address is [Registered address].

For privacy questions, contact [Privacy contact name and email address].

What information we collect

The admission enquiry form asks for the following details:

  • The name of the student or parent who is making the enquiry.
  • A phone number, an email address, or both, so that the team can reply.
  • The course of interest, chosen from the list on the form.
  • A short message about the enquiry. Please do not include documents or sensitive personal information.
  • Your confirmation that you agree to be contacted about the enquiry.

We do not ask for dates of birth, identity numbers, bank details or academic records through this form. The form includes a hidden field that helps block automated submissions. People do not see or fill it in.

Why we collect it

We use the details you provide only to respond to your enquiry, discuss the course you asked about, and explain batch availability and the admission process. We do not use enquiry details for marketing, and we do not sell or rent them.

How enquiries are delivered

When you submit the form, the website sends the enquiry by email to the institute's enquiry inbox. The email is sent through a third-party email delivery provider, [Name of email delivery provider, for example Resend], which processes the message on our behalf. Enquiry emails are not published on the website.

If email delivery is not active on the website, the form tells you so and does not send anything. You can then use the other contact options shown on the page.

How long we keep enquiries

Enquiry emails are kept in the institute's inbox for [Retention period to be confirmed], and are then deleted or archived according to the institute's records policy.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, contact [Privacy contact email address]. We will respond within [Response period to be confirmed].

Cookies and analytics

This demonstration website does not add advertising trackers or third-party analytics. If analytics or other tracking are added for a real institute, this section must be updated and a consent mechanism must be provided where the law requires one. [Confirm cookie and analytics setup before launch]

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the website or its data handling changes. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised.
